Glucose is the intermediate products of metabolism, that is the main energy supplies for living cells. Glucose stimulate the calcium absorbing and increase the communication between cells. But too much glucose will improve the insulin concentration, then cause the fatty and diabetes. However, too little glucose will cause low blood glucose or more bad, diabetic coma. Besides, if glucose is abosorbed in hepatocyte, it will cut down the glycogen. And it will cause muscle and fat cells absorb more glucose. However, too much blood glucose will be changed into Fatty acids and triglycerides in liver and fat tissue respectively.
