Chloride exists in human body in the form of NaCL. Normally, it contains 75－80g NaCL in human body. However, the body absents CL will cause diarrhea. And the baby absents CL on account of genetic factor will lead to growth disorders. The excretion decreases on account of these symptom acute, chronic renal failure, renal tubular acidosis, obstructive kidney disease, etc. Excessive taking: high salt diet, excessive NS inputing during chronic renal insufficiency. Even Respiratory alkalosis, high permeability dehydration (> loss of water), bismuth bromide poisoning. All of them will cause the Chloride content increase. It content decrease may on account of severe vomiting, high intestinal obstruction, chronic pyloric obstruction, artificial gastric or intestinal fistula causes gastric juice, pancreatic juice and bile to be lost, chronic hypoadrenocorticism, severe diabetes mellitus cause acidosis, excessive sweating does not make up for sodium chloride in time, Cardiac insufficiency and nephritis have long been free of salt or low salt diet and a lot of diuresis.
