  • How can I get HIGHTOP products?

    A: There are many ways to place an order with HIGHTOP:

  • Do your products have International certifications?

    A: Yes, we have 370+ products are now CE certificated, and 4 products are approved by US FDA. You may leave a message about your interested product(s), our slaes manager will contact you.



  • Where can I find the Instructions for Use (IFU) for HIGHTOP products?

    A: HIGHTOP IFUs are provided upon inquiry or within order package. You may also contact your sales manager for IFUs of any HIGHTOP product.

  • How do you ensure the quality and stability of your products?

    A: Most of HIGHTOP products can be shipped under room temperature. For the products required refrigerated, we'll ship them with ice bag or other cooler upon customer instruction.

        Our Quality Management System is certified to international standards (like ISO 13485), ensuring that every step from raw material selection to manufacturing and final release testing is controlled to meet specified performance criteria.
